Dr David Gale demonstrates the ENK oxygen flow modulator as a rescue oxygenation device for paediatric can't-intubate-can't-oxygenate situations where a surgical airway may not be feasible because of small tracheal size. Recorded at a joint HEMS/NETS NSW education day, it is aimed at retrieval and critical care clinicians managing the paediatric difficult airway.
